Cancel an appointment
Cancel a booking, decide what happens to the deposit, and control whether the client is notified.
Time: 1–3 minutes
Steps
- Open the appointment
- Tick to refund the deposit, or leave unticked to keep it
- Select a cancellation reason
- Click Cancel
- Confirm whether notifications should be sent, if prompted
- Save
